Episode Summary Ash, Misty, And Tracey are suddenly caught in a migrating group of Magikarp. A submarine surfaces and a man named Dr. Quakenpoker comes out and tells them that he studies the Magikarp. Ash, Misty, and Tracey decide to help him.
